First day of NZGDC (not offical). Met some very cool people who also got code funding to attend. Had a yarn at the airport before the flight, found out my QR code business card had expired so had to get some markers to improvise and create unique art. Had a handy helper for that (Sam).

Then on the flight was lucky enough to be seated across from a fellow attendee. We talked about our games and their cool RPG cooking game.

In Auckland met the rest of the crew, including meeting Navi again. It was all 100-go from arriving at the hotel, getting groceries, deciding to then get Taco Bell with Gaz, Lillia, Patrick and Winter. Aaand then off to the sky tower!

Patrick and I got a cider while the others climbed the tower. We chatted about our projects. I loved hearing about his 6-person shooter with realistic gun inputs. Then Winter joined us and told us about her cool horror idea.

The bar was cool as not only was it 1950s themed, it had robot cat waiters.
